DescriptionAdd a damage multiplier option to servers.cfg
Name should be "PlayerDamageScale", default should be "1.0". Enforced minimum should be "0.5". Enforced maximum should be "32.0".

This scaling should NOT apply in PvP. This scaling should NOT increase damage players receive.
