Summary0000100: Update UnitTest++ to current release.
DescriptionWe're going to start adding unit tests, with a focus on finding/preventing security issues.

The code base currently has UnitTest++ version 1.4 from 2008; the current release is 2.0 from 2017.

Todo:
* Update to the 2.0 release.
* Update all the *_test projects if necessary.

Since there aren't actually any existing unit tests, I'm looking into other, lighter frameworks... Catch2 looks good:

* no library to build
* not based on the original JUnit design
* no dependencies
